Mr. Siirtola has extensive experience and training in defending DUI cases, including first and second offense misdmeanors, felony aggravated driving charges: extreme DUIs and drug/ DUI offenses. In 2003, Mr. Siirtola became the first private attorney in Arizona to obtain an Intoxilyzer 5000 breath testing device, which can be used for in-court demonstrations of problems affecting accuracy of test results.
